Use of our graphics means you accept these terms whether you've read them or not. We have the right to change our T.O.U. at any time.

All graphics offered on this site are purchaseware, which means that you must pay applicable fees to use them. You are purchasing a non-transferable license. You are not purchasing exclusive rights or copyright. Copyright will always remain with those who originally created the image - whether that be Storm, Tami or other artists in whom we purchased the lines from.

In no way are our graphics allowed to be included or used in any "as is" offers.

Our graphics are not to be offered as blank sigtags.

A link back to our site (a matching logo or a text link is fine) is required on every page our graphics are used on. A matching logo will be provided with each and every tube pack offered. Please respect this so others will know you have permission to use our graphics.

Tubes may be used and sold as premades, sigtags, stationary, web sets etc. They are not to be distributed in their original form or used to make tutorials. You must add accessories, names, etc. In other words do not resell our unchanged tubes. You may mirror and flip tubes. Also, you may rotate in increments of 90 degrees ONLY. (90, 180, 270) Anything else is considered altering and is unacceptable.

None of our images may be made into lineart. Please do not make/distribute them as such.

Please use a working paypal e-mail address when submitting payment. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of payment being sent, please contact us again.

All Sales Are Final! Once payment is received, there are no refunds.

Save them to your computer. Do not direct link. Hotlinking to anything on our site unless otherwise stated is not allowed.

Any sharing of login/passwords will be grounds for immediate removal.

If you are found violating any of our Terms Of Use, we will remove you from membership and give you 48 hours to remove our graphics from your site.
